Since May 2009, a group audit unit is in place at the holding level. Headed by Xavier Chantraine, it reports directly to the Board of Directors on a quarterly basis. Its role is to supervise the internal audit departments of the affiliates, and to build efficient risk management functions in each affiliate and at the Group level.
