Advans Ghana wins 4 new awards

Advans Ghana has added 4 new awards to its growing collection of recognitions in the past 2 months. The subsidiary won the "Outstanding Customer Service of year for Savings & Loans companies" award at the Ghana Accountancy & Finance Awards in late November for its continuous efforts and commitment to ensuring it serves clients in the best manner and with high standards on a daily basis.

Later on, in the same month Advans Ghana was also recognised at the Sustainability and Social Investment Awards. The MFI won awards in 2 categories in recognition for its efforts in supporting the development of agriculture and agribusiness in the country as well as for its commitment to environmental responsibility: Best Company in Project Promoting & Supporting Agriculture and Agribusiness and SSI Project of the Year Environment. In the last two years, the subsidiary planted 1,550 trees in Ghana to help sustain the environment. From 2017 on, the institution has supported over 30,000 smallholder farmers with agri-input, small equipment and mechanization loans in partnership with major off-takers and input suppliers in rice, cocoa and cashew value chains and also provided financial inclusion training for over 5,000 smallholder farmers.

Advans Ghana’s CEO, Olivier Bailly-Béchet, was also recognised during the 2021 Ghana Industry CEO Awards ceremony as the "Most Respected CEO for Savings & Loans companies".

The institution had earlier won the “The Most sustainable savings and loans company of the year” award of the Financial Inclusion Advocacy Center and “Most Promising Corporate Response to Covid-19” at the HR Focus Awards 2021.

Advans Ghana’s impressive record of awards is an acknowledgement of all the hard work done and the commitment of its staff towards providing exceptional customer-centric financial services. Congratulations Advans Ghana!
