On 8 March 2019 Advans subsidiaries across the globe celebrated International Women’s Day to show our commitment to achieving balance.
Here at Advans we value our staff and we aim to offer equal opportunities to everyone. Advans Côte d’Ivoire is a great example of good practices in ensuring equality between men and women. The MFI employs 378 women representing 56% of all staff. What’s more our Ivorian subsidiary has 54% female managers showing that a true balance is possible.
These actions towards staff equality allow Advans Côte d’Ivoire to also better target women with its responsible financial services.
In Myanmar, staff got together and received flowers to celebrate the occasion.
