Advans is proud to serve over 450,000 female clients and employ over 2,500 female staff. We believe that financial inclusion is key in closing the gender gap in the countries which we operate. We also aim to give equal opportunities for career development to our female staff. While we are are not yet at a balance on female staff statistics overall we have some pioneering subsidiaries like Advans Côte d'Ivoire that has more than 50% female staff and 50% female managers. This shows that a true balance is possible. We are committed to ensuring that we empower women in our markets to get closer to a balance.
